I was pleasantly surprised by the mix of styles available. There were plenty of options to browse, but it didn’t take me long to find something that felt like me. Overall, a solid experience.

I’ve bought from City Furniture before i’ve never had any issues. They feel like a company you can trust, which is probably why I keep going back. I’ve also noticed a lot of other people seem to have good things to say about them, so that definitely makes me feel even more comfortable shopping there

The salesperson was really helpful and clearly knew the products, which made things a lot easier. He wasn’t pushy at all, which I appreciated. The only thing was checkout took longer than it probably should have, like maybe no one was really keeping an eye on the line. Still, overall it was a good experience.

The total matched what I saw at checkout, taxes and delivery were easy to understand, and my card only got charged once. I also had a quick question about the charge date because I immediately thought something looked off, but support explained it fast. I ordered online and went to the warehouse for pickup. Staff was nice. No issue there. But the wait was longer than I thought. Signs were confusing too. Took a bit to figure out where to go. Furniture was fine once it got loaded. Not a bad experience. Just not super smooth.

My order showed up late, which was frustrating, especially since I wasn’t really getting any useful updates along the way. I kept checking and it felt like nothing was changing. I mean, it did finally arrive, so that’s good, but the whole waiting around without knowing what was going on was annoying

The design consultation was decent and I did get a few useful ideas for my living room. That said, it felt a little rushed, and some of the suggestions just weren’t really my style. When I mentioned that, I got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type responses, which just made it feel less personal. Not a terrible experience, but average overall.

But City Furniture made it surprisingly easy. The warranty claim was approved quickly, the return pickup showed up right on time, and the refund came through exactly when they said it would!! The showroom was reaaally clean, so no complaints there. But the layout was kind of confusing, and I felt like I had to walk around foreverrr just to find what I was looking for.

They were flexible with my appointments and worked around my schedule without making it a big deal.
